We accept returns or refunds due to product quality issues. If the product you received has quality problems, please send pictures related to the quality problem and a description of the issue to pipoomarket@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. We will contact you promptly regarding the return or exchange.

Outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, we do not accept refunds or returns for non-quality issues. Thank you for your understanding.

Customers in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom – right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, email pipoomarket@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, and return the items unused, unworn and in their original packaging within 14 days of telling us. Return shipping costs are paid by you. We will refund the price of the returned items within 14 days of receiving them. This right applies to all items, including discounted and sale items. It does not apply to goods that are made to order, personalised, or clearly tailored to your specifications, and it does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
