Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Yes, if your order has not shipped yet. Email pipoomarket@gmail.com within 12 hours of ordering with your order number and the correct address. Once a parcel is dispatched, the address can no longer be changed.

How long until my order ships?

Orders leave our studio within 3 business days. During release weeks it can take up to 5 business days.

When will my pre-order arrive?

Pre-order items have a production window stated on the product page. We ship as soon as the item is in stock, and you will receive a tracking number by email.

Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship to Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Canada, Mexico, Germany, France, the United Kingdom and Australia. The complete list appears in the country selector at checkout.

Will I have to pay customs or import tax?

Possibly. Parcels are shipped from China and may be subject to import duty or tax charged by your local customs office. Those charges are set by your government and are the responsibility of the recipient. See Shipping & Customs for details.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging. We will send a replacement or refund the item.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer and the original shipping fee is not refundable. Made-to-order and personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty. See our Refund Policy.

What sizes do you offer?

Most clothing is one size, with measurements listed in the product information on each product page. If you are between sizes, compare the measurements with a garment you already own.
